- Peeling and removing silks: Remove the outer husks and most of the silks from the corn cob.
- Screening: Manually trim the peeled corn cobs. Remove insect-infested and moldy parts.
- Kerneling: The corn shelling machine achieves efficient kernel threshing. It ensures the corn kernels remain intact, reducing broken kernels and juice loss.
- Washing: Wash the corn kernels and simultaneously screen for impurities.
- Blanching: Preserves the corn’s color. Kills surface microorganisms, improving food safety. It also allows for proper starch gelatinization, locking in sweetness and preserving flavor.
- Cooling: To ensure frozen corn processing machine working time and effect, the corn kernels need to be cooled to below 10℃.
