Frozen Mango Processing Flow Chart

Feeding → Washing → Peeling and Pitting → Dicing → Blanching → Cooling → Air Drying → Pre-cooling → Quick Freezing → Packaging → Refrigeration

  1. Washing: Gentle bubble washing removes surface dust and impurities.
  2. Peeling and Pitting: Efficiently removes the mango peel and removes the pit by halving.
