Date Size Grading Machine Work Pricinple
A date grading machine is a grading machine designed for spherical or near-round fruits. Palm date grading equipment primarily utilizes the principles of gravity and mechanical rolling. It automatically grades dates according to size, volume, etc.
1.Feeding: Washed or pitted dates enter the inlet of the date grading machine.
2.Grading:
- Tracks are arranged sequentially along the conveying direction. The spacing between tracks gradually increases from the inlet to the outlet.
- Dates are conveyed between the tracks. Smaller diameter dates first pass through the smaller track gaps. Due to gravity, they roll down to the collection channel below.
- Larger diameter dates are carried forward by the tracks. As the track gaps widen, dates fall into the appropriate channels in sequence.
- The largest diameter dates that do not pass through the gaps are conveyed to the end of the track. They enter the largest size collection channel.
3.Output: Each sorting channel corresponds to a different diameter of date. The grading process is fully automated, with continuous and stable output.
