Kelp Processing Equipment Work Principle
- Loading and Spreading: Processed wet kelp is conveyed via an elevator to the top inlet of the kelp drying machine. A spreader evenly and smoothly spreads the material onto the first layer of mesh belt. A consistent thickness and width ensure uniform drying.
- “S”-shaped Circular Drying: Driven by a variable frequency motor, the mesh belt advances at a constant speed. At the end of a layer, the kelp naturally falls and flips to the next layer. This cycle continues, completing one drying cycle.
- Control System: The kelp processing equipment consists of two systems. One is a heat pump control system, which primarily controls the temperature and humidity within the drying chamber. The other is a mesh belt control system, which primarily controls the mesh belt conveyor speed (drying time).
