Mango Peeling Machine Work Principle
- Manual Placement: Workers place the mangoes on the mango peeling machine.One worker can handle 7 peeling machines at the same time.
- Fruit Positioning: The upper and lower fruit-mounting cylinders of the professional mango peeling machine automatically clamp the fruit. The mango enters the peeling station.
- Blade Activation: The peeling blade peels from bottom to top. The blade follows the contour of the mango surface for even peeling. After each peeling cycle, the upper and lower fruit-mounting shafts rotate once until peeling is complete.
- Fruit Discharge: After peeling, the lower fruit-mounting shaft descends at a constant speed. This reduces the drop height of the mango and minimizes damage to the fruit.
- Peel Separation: To avoid cross-contamination, the peel and pulp are discharged separately via independent conveyor belts.
