On September 16, the 2025 BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership Forum opened in Xiamen, Fujian Province. The theme of the forum was “Unleashing the Potential of Greater BRICS Cooperation and Achieving Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialization.” The forum was co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Fujian Provincial People’s Government. Participants included government departments, embassies, and consulates in China, well-known companies, industry associations, think tanks, financial institutions, and representatives from international organizations such as the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the New Development Bank from 34 countries. Zhang Yanrui, President of Gelgoog, and Li Junhua, Executive Director, were invited to attend.
Gelgoog is an outstanding example of China’s food industry. Leveraging its leading technological advantages in the food industry, Gelgoog’s “Saudi Arabia Intelligent Sterile Fruit and Vegetable Purification and Deep Processing Equipment Project” was selected as a case study for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “2025 BRICS Industrial Cooperation Case.” This project is the only food industry case selected. For this project, Gelgoog provided a comprehensive solution encompassing process R&D, production line planning, customized equipment manufacturing, and delivery training. Through technological innovation, Gelgoog provides the local community with an industry-leading vegetable sauce solution. The fully automated intelligent production line reduces costs, increases efficiency, and ensures food safety, thereby increasing local food self-sufficiency.
